We have reached an agreement with Asante Kotoko over the transfer of midfielder Justice Blay.
Blay will join the Porcupine Warriors on a season-long loan after spending three years in Tarkwa.
The numbers of the former Hasaacas combative midfielder have been impressive since joining three years ago.
He has been a key cog of the Medeama side for the past seasons.
