Medeama are the highest Ghanaian club in Africa, ranked 43rd in a latest release for this year.
The Mauve and Yellows continue to lead the way as the most successful Ghanaian side in the past five years.
Last year, the two-time FA Cup finalists were ranked 25th but have slipped to 43rd after failing to represent to feature in any of Africa’s inter club competition for the past two season.
No Ghanaian club is placed in the top 60 apart from Medeama’s position on the ranking table.
Medeama have been the most successful Ghanaian club on the continent in the past five years following their impressive displays in the CAF Confederation Cup in 2014 and 2016.
Congolese giants TP Mazembe are ranked first followed by Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly with Moroccan side Wydad Casblanca overtaken Zamalek in third position.
