Medeama will engage Elmina Sharks in the final home game at the Tarkwa NA Aboso park on Wednesday ahead of its closure.
The Mauve and Yellows will battle the Fearsome Sharks in a final farewell to the home ground.
The Tarkwa NA Aboso Park has served as the home ground for the two-time FA Cup winners for more than a decade.
But the club will move to the Akoon stadium in Tarkwa for at least two or more years ahead of the redevelopment of the stadium.
The game is expected to attract huge numbers including Member of Parliament for Tarkwa Nsuaem George Mireku Duker as well as vice-president of Goldfields West Africa, Alfred Bako.
The game will take place after the ceremonial sod-cutting, which will pave way for the re-construction of the stadium.
