The boss has made one change to his 18-manĀ squad for the Ghana Premier League trip to Ashantigold on Sunday.
Two goal hero Isaac Agyenim Boateng is suspended due to accumulated yellow cards.
He has been replaced by Rashid Alhassan.
That also means goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi has been left out after failing to recover in time for the crunch tie against the miners.
Goalkeeper Frank Boateng makes a return to Obuasi to face his former club and will be supported by youngster Owusu Dacosta Junior.
The regular back-four comprising Samuel Appiah, Bright Enchil, Daniel Egyin and Ali Ouattara have made the trip.
There are also defenders Baba Abdulai, Meschak Odoom and Rashid Alhassan making the trip to the mining town.
Midfielders Justice Blay, Richard Boadu, Rashid Nortey, Kwasi Donsu and Godfred Abban make the squad.
Forwards Abass Mohammed, Kwadwo Asamoah, Joseph Tetteh-Zutah and Ebenezer Ackahbi are the remaining members of the traveling squad.
