John Arthur scored for the Mauve and Yellows with Prince Opoku-Agyemang equalised for the visitors at the Tarkwa and Aboso Park.
Coach Samue Boadu paraded a second-string side with only goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi and Mershack Odoom the only regular members of the first 18-squad.
The match was used to the test new players and those on the fringes ahead of the new campaign.
